To use the services, minors must always obtain prior consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives. These individuals are ultimately responsible for all acts performed by the minors in their care.

Those who provide their data through the forms on this website and accept their processing declare that they are over 14 years of age. Access to and use of the portal by individuals under this age is prohibited.

DATA UPDATE

The USER hereby guarantees that the personal data provided is true, guaranteeing that all information provided is up-to-date and accurate. The user is obliged to communicate any change thereto.

DRUMWIT, S.L.U. (hereinafter, the "DATA CONTROLLER"), hereby informs the USER that it has created a profile on the following social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo, Google+ and TikTok.

DRUMWIT is the Data Controller for the Data Subject's personal data and informs you that said data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 3/2018 (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 2016,of 5 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and you are therefore provided with the following information about the processing:

Why do we process your personal data?

Purpose of processing: to manage the relationship between the USER and the DATA CONTROLLER which may include the following operations:

• - To process requests and queries sent to the DATA CONTROLLER.
• - To give information about activities and events organised by the DATA CONTROLLER.
• - To send information about products and services offered by the DATA CONTROLLER.
• - To interact through the official profiles

Why do we process your personal data?

Legal basis for processing (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR): The data subject has given their consent for their personal data to be processed for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, thereby showing interest in the information posted on it. Therefore, when the data subject expressly sends a request to follow the DATA CONTROLLER's official profiles, they give their consent for their personal data to be posted on its profile.

THE USER may access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as to configure their profile to safeguard the privacy thereof.

THE DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, in particular the USER's contact name. Said data is only used within the social network itself and shall only be incorporated into a file owned by the DATA CONTROLLER when it is necessary to process the USER's request.

How long will we retain your personal data for?

Data retention criteria: data shall be retained as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as set out in this privacy policy.

Who do we provide your personal data to?

Communication of the data: The information that the USER provides on the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published, always depending on the services that the USER uses, and may therefore be made publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. On each social-network profile, the USER may configure the information that they wish to make public in each case, view any permissions that have been granted, delete or deactivate them, as well as configuring any third-party app that they no longer wish to use.

No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except to our communications service providers, if necessary, for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data-processor contracts required by privacy regulations currently in force.

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are: They may only be fulfilled with regard to the information under the DATA CONTROLLER's control.

• - Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• - Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and of limitation of or objection to the processing thereof.
• - Right to file a claim before the Supervisory Authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing is not in accordance with current regulations.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE

The DATA CONTROLLER shall carry out the following:

• - Access the profile's public information.
• - Publish all the information that has already been published on the DATA CONTROLLER's social network on the user's profile.
• - Send personal and individual messages through the social network's channels.
• - Status updates on the page that will be published on the USER's profile.

The USER can always control their connections, remove content that no longer interests them and restrict with whom they share their connections. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.

3. PUBLICATIONS

Once the USER is a follower or has joined the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, they may publish in it comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content it supports. THE USER must, in all cases, be the owner of the published content, enjoy the copyright or intellectual property rights or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the social network, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violate or are likely to violate morals, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or that infringe upon, or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited.

In these cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content forthwith and without prior notice, and may ask to have the USER permanently blocked.

The DATA CONTROLLER shall accept no liability for the content a USER has freely published.

The USER must be aware that their publications shall be known to other users, hence they are the main party responsible for their privacy.

The images that may be published on the social network shall not be stored in any file by the DATA CONTROLLER, but they will remain on the social network.

4. DATA OF MINORS OR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

Under 14s are prohibited from accessing and registering on the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks. If the USER has special needs, the involvement of a parent, guardian, or legal representative by means of a valid document accrediting representation shall be required.

The DATA CONTROLLER shall be expressly exonerated from any liability that may arise if social networks are used by minors or people with special needs. The DATA CONTROLLER's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. Therefore, if the USER is a minor, they should not register, use the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks or provide any personal information whatsoever.
